Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our hope is that you love your purchase from Thistle & Reed, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a return or exchange for any regular price item within 14 days following the policy guidelines listed below.

Thistle & Reed Mobile Boutique (the truck) and www.thistleandreed.com operate as separate entities.  As a result, the refund and return policies are not the same. Items purchased while in the truck must be returned in the truck.  Items purchased through www.thistleandreed.com must be returned through www.thistleandreed.com. All return requests must be initiated by emailing us at thistleandreed@gmail.com.  

Thistle & Reed Mobile Boutique (the truck):

When you visit our mobile boutique, we work with you to give you great customer service, style tips and personal attention.  You get our expertise, are able to try on, as well as touch and feel the products before making a decision to purchase. 

Thistle & Reed Mobile Boutique will accept un-worn and un-altered regular price items with original tags attached and a sales receipt within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.  A store credit can be used in the truck at any time within the next year.  Sale items, free gifts and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Thistle & Reed Mobile Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements mentioned above.  If you would like to request an exchange, we must be contacted within 14 days of the purchase via e-mail at thistleandreed@gmail.com.

Thistle & Reed Online (www.thistleandreed.com):

We fully understand that shopping online is a different experience than shopping in the truck. Customers do not receive the same personal attention and customer service that we are able to give in the truck.  Shopping online does not allow our customers to be able to try on or touch and feel the products they purchase. Due to these differences, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are more than happy to accept your return for the credit of your choice – full refund, store credit or exchange. We will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return.  ThistleandReed.com must approve your return before it is sent back.  If you are requesting a return, we must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of the order via e-mail at thistleandreed@gmail.com.

Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.  Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.  ThistleandReed.com has the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements mentioned above.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Thistle & Reed Mobile Boutique (the truck):

  1. Please email us your request for return at thistleandreed@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) form. Please print this form, fill it out completely, and attach a copy of your receipt. 
  3. Meet us at our next event or location with your item, RA form, and receipt for the item you would like to exchange within the next 7 business days of receiving the RA form. We’ll help you in every way possible to find you a replacement item you love. If we don’t have something that day, we will give you a store credit that you can use at any time in the truck within the next year.

Thistle & Reed Online (www.thistleandreed.com):

  1. Please email us your request for return at thistleandreed@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) form. Please print this form, fill it out completely, and include it in your return package.

  1. All returns must be pre-paid, insured & trackable. com must receive your return within 7 business days of issuing the Return Authorization form.  In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled, ThistlandReed.com cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement.
  2. Your return request will be processed within 5 business days following receipt of the package. If your return request is approved, we will exchange your item, issue a store credit, or refund you in the method of original payment.  Please note – you will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
