Return & Exchange Policy
Whether you shop in our store, in our fashion truck, or online, our hope is that you love your purchase from Thistle & Reed. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a return or exchange for any regular price item purchased within 14 days that is accompanied by a sales receipt. For online orders, the 14-day window begins once you receive your order. Items must be un-worn and un-altered with original tags attached. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Thistle + Reed has the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
How to make a return or exchange
Regardless of where you made your purchase (store, truck or online) you may choose the return method most convenient for you.
At the store or in the truck
Come visit the Farmington, CT boutique during our business hours or see the truck at any event we are attending. We will gladly return or exchange your regular priced, un-worn items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note shipping costs that were incurred for online orders are non-refundable.
If you cannot make it to the Farmington, CT store or to an event we are attending, you may return your regular priced, un-worn items through the mail. Please note shipping costs incurred during the purchase or return of an item are non-refundable.
- Please email us your request for return at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You will receive shipping instructions via email. We must receive your return within 7 business days of sending this email.
- All returns must be pre-paid, insured & trackable. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled, Thistle + Reed cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement.
- Your return request will be processed within 3 business days following receipt of the package. Once approved, we will make an exchange or issue a refund in the method of original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
